Chandler-Gilbert's Williams Campus is a fully comprehensive campus with over 135,000 square feet of facilities and is the only campus in the Maricopa Community Colleges system to offer on-campus student housing. In addition to an array of Associate degree and university transfer courses, CGCC offers specialized training in Aviation, Electric Utility Technology, Automated Manufacturing Systems, Nursing and Education. CGCC at the Williams Campus neighbors and partners with ASU at the Polytechnic Campus where both institutions operate facilities and programs for the benefit of the whole Williams Campus community including the unique Partnership in Baccalaureate Education.
