Oak Hills is first and foremost a Christian college. It is a college where all students major in Bible. Survey courses help students to gain the big picture of what the Bible is all about. There are courses in various sections of the Bible and in individual books which assist the students to gain an in-depth grasp of the Bible.
Since Oak Hills is not affiliated with any one denomination, students from a wide variety of churches attend for biblical education. Oak Hills Christian Training School was founded largely to reach the youth and adults of northern Minnesota. Through the years, its ministry has expanded to serve students from many states and foreign countries.
Oak Hills alumni serve Christ as active lay persons in local churches, as well as full-time professional Christian workers. Many minister overseas while others fill a wide spectrum of ministries in the United States and Canada.
