Western State University College of Law was founded in 1966 and is the oldest law school in Orange County. Located in the heart of Southern California, Western State is dedicated to providing students with the support, guidance, and training necessary to realize their potential. Western State offers both full- and part-time programs and throughout its 35 year history has been committed to the excellence of its part-time program. The law school's part-time program has made it possible for many students to go to law school, graduate, and contribute as lawyers to their community.
Western State's student body is diverse and reflects the law school's mission to serve the community. That diversity is also reflected in the dedicated and highly motivated faculty who serve as scholars and mentors both inside and outside of the classroom.
